About Dark Brown - 8.3mm Hybrid Flooring
Flooring Works Hybrid in Dark Brown brings a gorgeous coffee colour mixed with a swirl of dark chocolate. The oak grain pattern is designed after walnut timber, a South American and European timber species for a natural appeal. Flooring Works Hybrid Dark Brown is perfect for homes or commercial settings looking for a darker floor covering. As a member of the Flooring Works Hybrid flooring range, Dark Brown features 100% waterproofing and commercial wear resistance for your peace of mind.

This is a discounted product on a clearance sale with a $20/sqm discount, however, the quality of the product is brand new, in perfect condition and completely warranted.
The Hybrid floor is 100% waterproof and does not come with underlay pre-attached, so underlay needs to be purchased separately. Note it was mistakenly printed as a "laminate", however the core board is completely waterproof as a hybrid floor (feel free to test the sample). Underlay needs to be purchased separately with this product.

We want to get your floors to you fast, and here’s how we do it:
- Free Warehouse Pickup - our Sydney warehouse is in Bankstown. Orders are ready for pickup as early as 1 hour after checkout.
- Home Delivery - delivery to your door. Next day delivery for Greater Sydney and 3 - 10 day delivery for Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, NT. Calculated at checkout based on your cart’s items.
- Local Depot Delivery - delivery to your closest transport depot for you to pickup anytime. May be more cost-effective than home delivery, and you can pick up at a time convenient for you.
Reach out to us on 1800 312 848 to work out the best shipping quote for your products, as the online calculator sometimes gets confusing. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your orders’ size and weight. For customers from regional areas, shipping may seem pricier, but it does cost us an arm and leg to deliver to regional and rural areas. We cover part of the cost, but keep in mind, your local store also pays for shipping and factors it into your quote. Put simply, we can still provide great prices - even with shipping!
