30 Day Unlimited Returns Policy

Opened a box and the colour or quality wasn’t what you were expecting? Return the remaining 100 boxes for an instant 100% refund.

We hope that you will be delighted with your Flooring Works flooring purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

What Is and Isn’t Refunded

We like to be open and transparent at Flooring Works. If you submit a refund request, this is what you can refund and what you cannot:

  • Refundable:
    • 100% value of the unopened and undamaged flooring boxes
  • Not Refundable:
    • A box you may have opened
    • Glue, leveller, underlay you have used and cannot return to original condition
    • Delivery costs (if any)
    • Transaction fees e.g. Paypal, Afterpay, Bank Fees

Refund and Exchange Process

  1. Please contact us by email with your specific refund request and your order number to: support@flooringworks.com.au
  2. We will first try and rectify the issue by providing an exchange of the product.
  3. If you are not interested in an exchange, we will fully refund your order.

Upon receipt of your request, we’ll be in contact within 1 business day to notify you of next steps. Upon refund approval, you will need to deliver (safely) the products to our warehouse. As soon as we receive and inspect the goods, we’ll process your refund and you should receive it instantly or in a couple of days.

Shipping Costs

If you choose to return the products, you will need to cover the costs of transportation back to Flooring Works’ warehouse. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable, as we need to pay our delivery partners for their time, trucks and petrol. If Flooring Works has to arrange for your return, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. We will provide evidence of the cost of returns.
