About Coastal Spotted Gum - 12.3mm Laminate Flooring
Flooring Works Coastal Spotted Gum showcases natural timber patterns in its Spotted Gum range, with digital printing making them indistinguishable from true hardwood timber floors. The Flooring Works ranges are designed to bring you the experience of stepping onto pure hardwood. Its special digital printing process reproduces the narrow and wavy lines of spotted gum, and is a distinctive part of the product's identity. The natural variations in colour from browns to gold and hints of green and red create a symphony of visual delight, sure to add character in any setting whether domestic or commercial.
Minimal Repeats: Unlike most laminate and hybrid products which feature 5 or 6 unique planks, all colours in this range come with approximately 50 unique printed planks of 2.3m length, making it hyper-realistic and look like real timber. (Note: Costal Blackbutt is 12 planks before a pattern repeat).
Viewing the spectrum of colours and prints in this range may be difficult with a 30cm sample, so we recommend purchasing 1 sample box to get a feel. Call us on 1800 312 848 if you need assistance.
Waterproof Laminate: Our Luxury AC5 laminate flooring is the most "water-proof" laminate floor available in Australia, using a special carbon core board that makes it waterproof for over 7 days and water-resistant for over 15 days from household moisture exposure.
We recommend ordering a sample and doing a water-test for yourself - submerge or expose it to water for a few days.
Please note: No laminate floor is 100% waterproof from flooding and our products are not suitable for bathrooms or shower areas.

We want to get your floors to you fast, and here’s how we do it:
- Free Warehouse Pickup - our Sydney warehouse is in Bankstown. Orders are ready for pickup as early as 1 hour after checkout.
- Home Delivery - delivery to your door. Next day delivery for Greater Sydney and 3 - 10 day delivery for Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, NT. Calculated at checkout based on your cart’s items.
- Local Depot Delivery - delivery to your closest transport depot for you to pickup anytime. May be more cost-effective than home delivery, and you can pick up at a time convenient for you.
Reach out to us on 1800 312 848 to work out the best shipping quote for your products, as the online calculator sometimes gets confusing. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your orders’ size and weight. For customers from regional areas, shipping may seem pricier, but it does cost us an arm and leg to deliver to regional and rural areas. We cover part of the cost, but keep in mind, your local store also pays for shipping and factors it into your quote. Put simply, we can still provide great prices - even with shipping!
