Super Clearance

Clearance flooring is brand-new flooring sold at a reduced price because the product is being discontinued, replaced with an updated version, or held in excess stock. At Flooring Works, our clearance range is mainly laminate and hybrid flooring. Quantities are limited and stock is sold first come, first served, so what's available changes as products sell out. For our current ranges, shop all flooring.

Yes! Every product on this page can be ordered online. Prices are shown per square metre so you can compare products easily, but flooring is sold in full boxes, and each product page shows how much one box covers. You can collect your order from our Sydney pickup location (8am–4pm, Monday to Saturday) or check our delivery and pickup options. For large areas or trade quantities, call 1800 312 848 to confirm stock before you order.

No. Clearance flooring is sold as a final sale, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Our returns and refunds policy has the full details. To avoid surprises, order a sample first and check your box quantity before you check out.

Yes. Flooring samples are free, including clearance laminate and hybrid flooring, and you pay a flat $9 postage per sample order. Order your flooring samples here. Clearance flooring is a final sale, so a sample is the best way to check colour, texture and thickness in your own light before you buy full boxes. To see our flooring in person, book a showroom appointment.

Usually not. Clearance lines are discontinued, updated or end-of-stock products, so once a colour sells out it's unlikely to be replenished. If you might extend the floor later, into a hallway or another room, buy those extra boxes now. If a colour you like has sold out, browse our full laminate flooring and hybrid flooring ranges for similar current options.

No. Our clearance flooring is brand-new stock. It's the same product that sold at full price before the colour or range was discontinued, updated or overstocked. The lower price comes from clearing warehouse space, not from damage or defects. Each product page lists its specifications, including thickness, wear rating and installation method, so you can compare it directly with our current ranges.

It depends on the room. Hybrid flooring generally has a rigid, water-resistant core, which makes it a common choice for kitchens, laundries and busy family areas. Laminate flooring has a high-density fibreboard (HDF) core and a hard-wearing surface, and is generally better suited to drier living areas and bedrooms. Our hybrid vs laminate guide explains the differences in more detail.

Most floating laminate and hybrid floors need trims, plus scotia or skirting, to finish the edges. Laminate usually needs an underlay, while some hybrid floors come with one already attached, so check the product page first. Our underlay guide and Trim Finder help you choose the right accessories.
