About Cemimax A2000 Vinyl Flooring Adhesive / Glue (15kg Drum)
Our Vinyl Plank Adhesive is specifically designed to make installation of vinyl floors easier. Formulated with excellent plasticizer resistance, it provides a quick initial grab and allows for direct stick application to ensure the best finish and long lasting performance.
A2000 is a modern and contemporary dispersion adhesive for bonding plastic floor coverings and especially rubber/rubber floor coverings.
Coverage Area: 15KG drum covers approximately 50 - 60 sqm.

Application
- Allow primers and fillers to dry thoroughly. The products used in each case can be found in the product data sheet.
- Stir the product thoroughly before use and apply evenly to the surface of the substrate using A2 or A3 notched trowel and B1 for needlefelt coverings. After a short laying time of 5 – 30 minutes, the adhesive is ready to receive the flooring material.
(depending on the room climate) - After applying the flooring to the subfloor, rub the surface with a cork board or roll it with a roller to remove the trapped air under the flooring. Make sure that the adhesive completely wets the back of the covering material.
- The adhesive is completely dry after 24 hours and loadable after 48 hours.
Notes
- The product should be protected from frost and direct exposure to light during transportation, storage and use.
- The application temperature should not be lower than 15 °C floor temperature and 18 °C room air temperature.
- The tooth bar must be changed regularly to ensure a sufficient quantity of adhesive.
