Black Friday Sale: Terms & Conditions
1. The offer
1.1 The Black Friday sale gives 10% off eligible products purchased from
flooringworks.com.au during the promotional period. Excludes Solid Timber and Super Clearance items.
1.2 The promotional period runs from 12:00am on Friday 30 October 2026 to 11:59pm
on Sunday 29 November 2026 (AEDT). Orders placed outside this period are not
eligible, regardless of when a quote was issued.
1.3 The discount is applied automatically at checkout to eligible items. No promotional
code is required.
1.4 The discount applies to the product price only. Delivery charges, surcharges and
any additional services are excluded and are charged at the normal rate.
1.5 The discount cannot be applied retrospectively. Orders placed, quoted or invoiced
before the promotional period begins are not eligible, and we are unable to apply the
discount to an existing order or refund the difference after an order has been placed.
2. Excluded products
2.1 The following are not included in the sale and will not receive the discount:
- Any product listed as super clearance or limited stock
- Solid timber flooring orders under 80m2
- Delivery, freight and handling charge
s2.2 Where an order contains both eligible and excluded products, the discount applies
only to the eligible portion.
3. Discounts cannot be combined
3.1 The Black Friday discount cannot be used together with any other discount,
promotion, voucher, promo code or trade pricing.
3.2 Trade account holders receive either their trade price or the Black Friday discount,
whichever is greater, not both.
3.3 Only one discount applies per order. Where more than one could apply, the higher
of the two is used.
4. Free gifts
4.1 A free cleaning kit is included on orders with a value of $500 or more.
4.2 Orders with a value of $750 or more receive both the cleaning kit and the tool kit.
4.3 The qualifying order value is calculated after the discount has been applied and
excludes delivery and any other charges. All figures are GST inclusive.
4.4 Gifts are added automatically at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying
value. No promotional code is required.
5. Returns and cancellations
5.1 Our standard refund policy applies to all sale orders, including the exclusions,
restocking fees and return freight costs set out in it.
5.2 Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any gift allocated to that order is
cancelled with it.
6. Stock availability
6.1 All offers are subject to stock availability and are strictly while stocks last.
6.2 Stock is not held or reserved until an order has been paid for in full.
6.3 Where an item sells out during the promotional period we are not obliged to supply it
at the sale price.
7. Order processing
7.1 This is our busiest trading period of the year. Order processing, dispatch and
delivery may take longer than usual.
7.2 We are a small team working to get every order out accurately, and we ask for your
patience and understanding during the sale period.
